Call Center Outsourcing - Cebu Philippines


The upsurge of call center outsourcing in the Philippines is satisfying both the demand and supply of BPO (business process outsourcing) services. The BPO industry of the Philippines has made a healthy business for investors and foreign companies; it has produced jobs for many Filipinos as well. The Philippine BPO industry has greatly contributed to the economic growth of the country.


With the BPO sector growing over the years, the Philippine government does its part in aiding the sector to continuously progress and compete in the global market.

News reports have confirmed that the Philippines, specifically in Manila and Cebu, is now on the list of Top BPO Destinations. BPO service providers in these locations have been boosting the revenues of foreign businesses and and have been the source of employment for the country's professionals.


With this, the Cebu City government is taking action to help forward the manpower requirements of call center companies. The government is said to allocate a budget for training programs for students.

Students will undergo communication skills tests and practice fluency in speaking English, according to the standards of BPO companies. This will not only provide them a BPO career in the future but will increase the number of qualified applicants for call center companies as well.


Call Center Philippines now surpasses India in the voice-based business with a wide range of innovative services and skills.
